How I Work
Depending on what is need, I provide short or long term one to one counselling sessions. My goal is to help individuals manage difficult and challenging issues that impact their wellbeing.
We work together identifying conflicts and needs, thus enabling you to explore alternative ways of being and relating, hence finding a resolution or satisfaction to a better place in your life.

Pulling out from the therapeutic counselling approaches I have trained in, I work with the most effective approach that is suited to the content which is presented to me at the time of the session. There is no pressure for clients to talk about anything they do not wish to or do not feel ready to talk about, my work is directed by the client’s pace. We can discuss this further when we first meet.

Offering another way of working and communicating.

Personed Centred Art Therapy Counselling.

I am able to work creatively by using art materials with those who wish to do so. I can confidently reassure anyone that no drawing skills are needed. Working with an image produced by yourself, I facilitate a session that enables you to explore the hidden messages which communicate feelings that might have been previously suppressed. It can also help release feelings that might be hard to bring to the surface. This can be a powerful way of processing and some clients express the value and benefit of working this way. I tend to use a variety of simple techniques that helps open awareness, to what the client is 'holding' or 'carrying'. Working this way brings another perspective to reflection.
